The process repeats until precision and coverage meet the criteria agreed with the client.
From clinical definition to the dashboard.
The study objective is translated into unambiguous clinical concepts: variables, categories, units, temporal rules, treatments, events and inclusion criteria.
How each variable actually appears in the site’s real documents is analysed: synonyms, abbreviations, brand names, formats, units and clinical sections.
Latrikos is configured for the specialty, the document type and each site’s way of documenting, with precision and coverage criteria defined per project.
Documents are processed under the agreed privacy model. Information is extracted, normalised and organised into longitudinal records by patient and date.
A sample is reviewed by experts. Precision, completeness and temporal consistency are measured. If the criteria are not met, variables, rules or engineering level are changed and it is revalidated.
The validated database can feed descriptive and inferential analysis, cohort segmentation, pattern detection and data-driven rules.
Results are visualised in real time, with filters and views by site, cohort, period or variable, and can be downloaded in standard formats.
